Hi George,
No not the bikers it was a day when the locals had a fete on the village green. Took my grandson out for the day, he loves the mg 🤗
Finchingfield is fairly local to me so a nice place to visit (ignoring the bikers of course!!)

Fault was indeed a fried coil, also replaced the points and condenser.
Car runs really good now——— at last 👍👍

Hi Charles, Quite an exhaustive list of new parts went on the engine during rebuild so “should” be ok, after all it did run really well for over 100 miles before the fault developed, the only thing that was not new was the dizzy, I Originally had 123 electronic ignition but that was faulty (another ...
