Hi
It is attached by sticky pads onto the rear screen, it was purchased from Ebay a few years ago but I don't know the make.
Best bet would be a search on Ebay or Amazon.

Fitted a universal 3rd brake light to inside of rear window

Polished rims probably better professionally refurbished but if it's likely to happen again then wet and dry the area to a polish and then a clear oat lacquer. Or search YouTube for wheel refurbishment.

The cream coloured section looks more concerning if it's filler that's not been smoothed.

Or maybe a stone chip type spray on underseal.

Did you drain and bleed the radiator with the heater open so you don't get an air lock?

Have the carbs been refurbished if so check that when sleeves have been fitted to the throttle spindles that the bodies weren't drilled right through so leaving a way for air to flow round the throttle flap when closed.
