Looking at Fuel catalyst for MGB and the Diesel vehicles. Appears to be a way to boost output whilst reducing emissions, cutting engine fuel burn temperatures so reducing top end wear, increasing mpg and keeping fuel in condition. It apparently puts back what the lead previously did in fuel ...

I haven't bothered with wind deflector for mine. Had one on previous MGB GT and it was more bother than it was worth. I keep n/s back window open. That enables airflow and stops any buffeting. If noise is an issue close quarter lights, that is where most of wind noise is generated.

A good suggestion re dipstick Roger, I must try it. It certainly works on Batteries as they are a snug fit in the box as well as being a blighter to get at with the location someone chose for the housing.........
