In Part 29 of our MGB Roadster budget restoration, we tackle the "messy job" of stripping and respraying the boot area. Before we can focus on the exterior paintwork, it’s essential to get the internal areas protected and looking fresh.

Watch as we strip back old paint and underseal using wire wheels and sanding discs to reveal clean metal. We address surface rust, perform minor welding repairs, and tidy up previous work. Once the prep is done, we move on to masking, applying etch primer, and finally spraying the top coat in that iconic MGB inca yellow
