More powerful brake servo and / or master cylinder
I have a factory original 1976 MGB GT V8 which I use for track days. I am fitting Frontline brakes and wonder if there is a more powerful brake servo and / or master cylinder to help further improve the braking?

Have you already fitted the new brakes and are finding a problem ? I have frontline discs and calipers and find the braking fine...what is your issue?

Ask Carl Floyd on the MG Experience forum, he has fitted an uprated 7" servo, I don't remember what the precise term for the description. He has raced and autox'd a V8 MGB for years and said it was a major upgrade on the normal late model servo, apparently a bolt in replacement1340fxd wrote: Sat Jul 04, 2026 10:46 am I have a factory original 1976 MGB GT V8 which I use for track days.
