DON HAYTER

Post by John Watson »

Don will be celebrating his 90th birthday this weekend.
He was the man who designed our MGB's that have given us so much driving pleasure since 1962, If you would like to wish him a happy birthday, please extend this subject, I will ensure he get to read them.

Don
Happy Birthday
Thanks for all the pleasure (and heartaches from time to time) your ageless design has given so many.

Many happy returns Don. Thank you for designing a legend of a sports car and thus becoming a legend yourself. Have a great day.

Our very special birthday wishes to you Don!

Without you there would have been no MGB and without our MGB we could not have met so many wonderful people, driven to so many wonderful places and had so many really enjoyable times. There is no way we can ever thank you enough for pleasure you have given us and so many more delighted MGB owners.

Have a wonderful birthday and look forward to many more to come.

Kindest regards and very best wishes, and love to Mary who looks after you so well.

Yours as ever MG

Happy Birthday Don! My appreciation of your wonderful car spans the decades, my first one in the 70's, I never forgot what fun she was to drive, so when I packed in motorcycling, had got far too dangerous, what better replacement than another MGB owned since 2008. It's a wonderful design, fun and safe to drive, easy to work on, comfortable and a really good looking car too ! Thanks so much, you've provided generations of drivers across the world with endless fun.
