It's over a decade since I first removed the original lightly damaged radiator. A 2nd hand rad was used as a temporary measure but is now finally being replaced by a new aluminium rad. In the meantime Ive completely forgotten how the original was fitted

RB radiator mounting ?
Please can anyone remind me on a late RB car if the radiator should just be hard bolted in at the sides with 4x normal nuts, bolts & steel washers or if this should have special anti vibration mountings ?

Re: RB radiator mounting ?
Hi Chris,
The original spec radiator uses normal bolts spring & flat washers with capped nuts on the radiator itself.
The stays at the top obviously at the top have additional nuts etc.
Cheers,Charles
